Off-Season Group Rental

For group reservations outside the regular season:
• Cost - $50/night/person with 10 person minimum
• Two nights minimum stay
• CRC will provide a Cook, Food, and Camp Representative.
• Manager's Quarters, Assistant Managers Quarters, Greeley bathroom (unless needed) not available to groups.
• Cold River will require a $200 non refundable deposit.
• Group to provide:
• Personal linens (sheets or sleeping bag, towels, and (we would suggest) warmer blankets than are typically in a cabin.
• Volunteers to help serve meals (cafeteria style), clean up after meals.
• Sweep out and straighten common spaces (bathrooms, lodge, library, and recreation hall), dispose of trash in dumpster, and sweep out cabins that were used, fold blankets, empty wastebaskets, etcFor availability and reservations please contact:
