Accommodations

·      rustic, beautiful cabins with fireplace or wood stove, 2 – 6 beds per cabin

·      separate shared bathroom buildings with hot showers

·      central dining & socializing in the Lodge

·      Rec Hall (games, activities, & evening programs)

 

Rates:

$99/person/night for lodging & 3 meals & use of all facilities

½-day trip: $5      full-day trip: $10

Birding enthusiasts from around the region meet up at AMC's Cold River Camp for a birding weekend, including outings & evening programs in an informal and comfortable atmosphere.

Field trips will be tailored with participant input.

Participants will carpool, using their own vehicles, organized at sign-up at meals.

½-day trips (morning and/or afternoon): maybe Brownfield Bog, Province Pond, Sucker Brook Preserve (Lovell), etc.

6:00 pm Dinner & Trip Announcements & sign-ups

Text Box: CHECKOUT: 10:00 am on Saturday or Sunday:  Remove your stuff, fold blankets, sweep cabin, take trash to Housekeeping.  Do this before you go on any trip.  You can leave things in your car at Camp and use bathhouses & grounds until 4:00 pm.
